After a very disappointing experience at another dental office, I was honestly nervous about seeking care again. From the moment I walked into Naglee Dental Group, I could tell this was going to be different. Elizabeth greeted me warmly and helped me get all of my paperwork sorted out. While I was sitting in the waiting room, I couldn't help but notice how kind, professional, and genuinely friendly everyone was—not just with patients, but with each other. You can tell when a team enjoys working together, and it creates such a welcoming atmosphere. I was also incredibly impressed by the technology in the office. I lived in Silicon Valley for most of my life, and this is easily one of the most modern, state-of-the-art dental practices I've ever seen. Over the past several years, a combination of factors—including a difficult pregnancy with hyperemesis gravidarum and treatment for leukemia—have had a devastating impact on my oral health. Earlier this year I was declared cancer-free, but ever since then I've felt like I've been playing whack-a-mole with one painful tooth after another. I originally came in for an urgent appointment because of a painful tooth, but Dr. Hsin took the time to look at the bigger picture. Rather than focusing only on the immediate problem, she recommended a full exam because she wanted to understand the condition of all my teeth before advising me on treatment. That decision made me feel like she was truly invested in helping me make the best long-term choices for my health. The news wasn't easy to hear, but Dr. Hsin delivered it with so much compassion, professionalism, and respect. At no point did I feel judged for the condition of my teeth. Instead, I felt seen, supported, and empowered to make informed decisions about my care. She later extracted the tooth that was causing me pain, and the experience was remarkable. The procedure was quick and skillful, and I woke up the next morning with virtually no swelling or pain. My previous extraction elsewhere took much longer and left me uncomfortable for over a week, so the difference was incredible. I also want to recognize Hazel, who walked me through the financial side of my treatment plan. She was warm, compassionate, knowledgeable, and able to answer every question I had with patience and clarity. I left my appointment feeling a lot of emotions, but the strongest one was hope. For the first time in years, I feel like I have a clear path forward and a team I can trust to help me through it. Thank you to Dr. Hsin, Elizabeth, Hazel, and everyone at Naglee Dental Group. I am truly grateful for the care, kindness, and professionalism I received, and I feel completely confident continuing my treatment with them.

This is my second time coming to Naglee Dental and having Briana’s my Dental Hygienist. She is absolutely amazing at what she does. She is gentle while working on my teeth. She has wonderful recommendations and on top of it so very sweet! She is truly the best!
